Next Generation Arms (NGA) ships on a FIFO, “first order in, first order out”, system and will ship orders after all products become available. Once your product(s) have become available, NGA will ship via the UPS service of your selection and will send an order confirmation with a tracking number to your email.
Please realize that, due to ATF regulations, serialized products are required to be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) and will need an adult signature for delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that your FFL contacts us for instructions on sending us a copy of their current FFL. (Serialized products will not ship until this FFL is received and verified.)
As a leading manufacturer in the industry, NGA is dedicated to providing quality products to our customers. If you have purchased any of our products directly from us and are unsatisfied with them, you may return them for a full product refund (shipping not included) within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition.
To return a product, sign into your account and select “Completed”. From there, select “Request Return” and wait for an email giving return materials authorization (RMA). Once you have received the RMA, follow the instruction in the email for a return. Do not return any items without first receiving an RMA.
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects for the life of the product. If at any time our products malfunction, please return them directly to us (even if you bought them from a dealer) for repairs or replacement at our expense by following the instructions outlined above.
